It was vital for us to find a good builder experienced in the work we required with competitive rates. We reviewed a previous project from K J Construction and spoke with the customers who like ourselves had nothing but praise for the excellent standard of workmanship carried out. Russ is quite clearly very knowledgeable with a passion for what he builds. His team follow his traits and are very conscientious leaving everywhere clean and tidy. Russell and his team at KJ Construction recently completed our kitchen extension and downstairs refurbishment, which took about 12 weeks from start to finish. We were really delighted with the results, the work was completed to a very high standard and Russell and team kept us informed of progress as we went along, even contributing some ideas for changes that made the kitchen layout even better than we had planned. The boys tidied up after themselves and appreciated that we were living in a building site for most of the time. May I wish you and your workforce a happy Christmas and best wishes for the New Year, and thank you for all the work you did at Barton Road. It was not a straight forward job as first thought, going from a new bathroom and kitchen to a total refurb... All the work has been done to a high standard. Most pleasing was despite all the extra works you kept on site and got the job completed. This was so I could get the property on the market for let. The new tenants who I have were the first to see the property and wanted it straight away. Now being in for 2 months they are 'over the moon' with it. If I had to pick anything out that I liked the most it would be all the alterations you did to the kitchen area - making a new kitchen, breakfast room, utility room and shower room out of a previously under used area.
